KAMIŠOVÁ, Barbora
This bachelor thesis deals with vertebrogenic algic syndrome, particularly focused on lumbar spine with BLACKROLL tool usage during physiotherapeutic diffucilties. Designation "vertebrogenic algic syndrome" mostly labels pain concentrating in different spine areas. Based on latest results, frequency of those difficulties has appeared more often and usually Leeds to making medici appointments. Objective in this thesis was to evaluate effect of BLACKROLL as a physiotherapeutic tool in relation to lumbar spine´s vertebrogenic algic syndrome and to design and create spesific physioterapeutic unit with BLACKROLL usage. First part of this thesis reviews lumbar spine anatomy, deep stabilization system muscles, vertebrogenic difficulties and their causes. Also describes BLACKROLL tools and their relation to fascias. Second part of thesis presents practical work, created by qualitative research. Research sample was composed of 4 probands aged from 23 to 57. Two of them were diagnosed with herniated disc, one with immediate postpartum lumbago and last one with chronic lumbago. I have used interview method and kinesiological analysis for data gathering. Each therapy were ongoing from november 2016 till april 2017. Every single proband was made in regular therapy period of 4 months. Based on achieved results, we can say that bachelor thesis objective has been fulfilled. I have proved that recommended therapy and regular exercise participate on general improvement of deep stabilization system muscles and patient´s health condition. Overall mental state also strengthens according to pain dissapearance.
